Acceptable Use

The company defines acceptable business use as activities that directly or indirectly support the business of Mr. Windscreen.

This e-See System has been created for the express purpose of providing a link between Mr. Windscreen agents, employees and other affiliates granted permission and access controls by Mr. Windscreen.
By using the system, you acknowledge and understand that you are an authorised user of this site by Mr. Windscreen.

As an authorised e-See System user:

• you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Log in and password
• you agree to use the e-See system in an ethical manner at all times and adhere to the company.s acceptable use policy.
• Under your log in and password you are responsible for all activity that occurs in the e-See System
• You agree to notify Mr. Windscreen immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Log in or password.
• Mr. Windscreen is not responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of any unauthorized person using your account or password.
• You agree than anyone who abuses the rights of others or interferes in any way with the lawful use of the e-See System may be subject to termination of access to the e-See System at any time without notice.
• You agree to use the e-See System only for agreed purposes.
• By using the e-See online system, you agree to the data protection policies adhered to by Mr. Windscreen.
• You accept that the use of content, reports, images and logos on the e-See system site for any other use than has been authorised is prohibited by Mr. Windscreen. The use of the reports and data without the consent of Mr. Windscreen is a violation of copyright and other proprietary rights.

Password Policy

• In order to prevent unauthorized access, devices must be password protected. A strong password is required to access the company network.
• The company.s strong password policy is: Passwords must be at least six characters and a combination of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols. Passwords will be rotated every 90 days and the new password can.t be one of 15 previous passwords.
• After five failed login attempts, the device will lock. Contact IT to regain access.

Security Notice

Mr. Windscreen.s appointed IT Security, monitors the e-See system for security purposes to ensure it remains available to all users and to protect information in the system.
The system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized activities. By accessing the e-See System, you are expressly consenting to these monitoring activities.
Unauthorized attempts to defeat or circumvent security features; to use the system for other than intended purposes; to deny service to authorized users; to access, obtain, alter, damage, or destroy information; to upload or change information; to otherwise cause system or information damage; or otherwise to interfere with the system or its operation, is prohibited.
Evidence of such acts may be disclosed to Irish law enforcement authorities and result in prosecution under the Criminal Justice (theft & fraud offences) Act 2001 and the Criminal Damage Act 1991 or other applicable laws.

PRIVACY NOTICE

The e-See system is the property of Nationwide Car Glass Ltd. T/a Mr. Windscreen. It is for authorized use only. Use of this system constitutes consent to security monitoring and testing. Users (authorized or unauthorized) have no explicit or implicit expectation of privacy.
Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized site, law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies. By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of authorized site or authorised personnel. Unauthorized or improper use of this system may result in administrative disciplinary action and civil and criminal penalties. All data entered is stored on a secure server and is protected against unauthorized access.
